How it Works

Callout is intended to help inform users of valuable information on an object and is completely configurable!

A Callout is only visible on a card if a certain criteria (matches filter) is met on the specific object. Add a custom heading, a text (markdown supported), a color and icon and finally choose a filter of when the Callout should be visible. Callouts can be localized as well.

Examples

Company card - Inform users that this company is an important customer or has unpaid invoices

Person Card - Highlight that person is no longer active at a company

Helpdesk Card - Highlight that the connected company might not have the right to support - but also that we are missing contact information
